Lucia brings a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and anti-oppressive approach to psychotherapy. Drawing from psychodynamic perspectives, her work explores unconscious processes, attachment dynamics, and the repetition of relational and behavioural patterns across individual and collective experiences. Her clinical and academic interests integrate mental health, migration, identity, and expanded states of consciousness, with a particular focus on plant medicines and traditional healing practices. Lucia is currently pursuing a PhD in Anthropology, where her research examines the intersections between psychedelics, culture, healing, and social justice.
